Autumnal Equinox Sound Bath

A sound bath with Chrystalina is a a gudied, mediatative journey led by sound, song and the energy of the moment. Participants are invited through the sonic spaces and into a state of deep relaxation. Singing bowls, drums, handpan, rattles and other ambient instruments are woven with the gentle frequency of Chrystalina's voice. These sounds transport the listener into a realm of resonance and reflection. that calms the mimnd and touches the heart.

Sound bather are asked to come prepared with their own yoga mat and/or cushion, blanket and pillow. Stillness and quiet will be requested for about one hour.
